1. In the NRM equation, it is hard for me to understand what is “base rate of endorsing the category”. This is the same situation when the latent variable is equal to 0, in other words, when latent variable equals to 0, then it is the base rate? What is the role of c parameters?

3. Do the p-part and s-part locate on the same latent scale?
